Nov 30 – Day 10
Just a short post today…
Today started extra early as ‘something’ woke me up at 0330 and for some reason, I just said, “Eff it.” and got out of bed. Put on my workout clothes and did my workout.
That’s actually a noticeable improvement.

Today’s workout: MMA Shred + Core Kinetics
37 minutes, 9 rounds + 16 minutes
Since I’m more familiar with MMA Shred by now, I really tried focussing on dialing up the intensity. Today’s meet up with Core Kinetics wasn’t nearly as graceless as the first one. I’m noticing some of the moves getting easier, and my mindset was more positive too.
No idea why, but today I feel like a total BAMF. We’re just going to go with it.
Oh, and the dog in the image up top? That’s Moose. He absolutely LOVES doing Dynamic Strength and Core Kinetics with me on the floor. What a weirdo.
Today’s Meal Prep:
Today’s meals were also much more gracefully executed, I’m happy to announce.
At the same time, I’m kinda liking this whole “intermittent fasting” thing I’ve kinda got going on, where I have my coffee before I leave the house in the morning, and then my Shakeology @ around 1 or 2pm , and then I don’t worry about food til I get home.
I find I’m much more likely to get my water intake in for the day too when I use this method.
And no, I don’t feel like I’m starving. Maybe that’s because this week has been just too damn busy to even think about food… But either way. I like it.
